The problem with florida property

Posted 07-12-2016 at 09:22 AM by Primenumbers

Aside from the fact that a large part of new development is built on fragile land(sinkhole) Ocala, Sempner, Orlando, very porous limestone. the big secret is the title. Back when everyone could get a mortgage, people got multiple loans. Now that the economy is not a booming place for new comers the **** hit the fan as many properties are vacant and yet command ridiculous numbers. Why??? they have many liens on them and people want their mother ****ing money!
I be honest the bad areas will always be affordable, it never had a demand to live in danger.
I do not think the prices are realistic, just another real estate agent with chicken head bla bla its not what its worth its the demand. Based on ecological potential events and foreclosure it is foolish to spend over 200,000.USGS data supports this statement also the many pages of foreclosure reports with hazy leins and encumbrances and ask yourself is this silicon valley?
Still miss the local people and space.

The classic property choice for British buyers is the spacious, modern villa in central Florida, with a pool and within 15 minutes’ drive of the gates of Disney world and Universal Studios. You can get that from £125,000, or apartments on a holiday complex from half that much. Helping pay for the property with rentals is possible, but ensure you’re in an area where that’s legal.
