I currently work for maxum. It depends what u wanna do for maxum. im a onsite fueler. i work 2 on 1 off rotation. We dont get pay for time off. Straight pay .no ovrrtime. 12 hours work day. About only 10 percent driving. Rest of time sitting. If u need more info let me know, actually on shift right now hehe
