St. Lawrence Homes

Posted 12-07-2008 at 07:17 AM by bward

Does anyone know what is going on with St. Lawrence Homes in Wake Forest or Rolesvilles? I was having a home built in one of their subdivisions and all of a sudden all construction stopped. I'm getting nervous.

Why not post your question(s) in the Main state forum for better results and more feedback rather than the journaling blog?

We were scheduled to close on a St. Lawrence built Home in Fuquay Varina on 12/30/08. The house sat without any work being done for about 2 months. We were told that the house would not be completed by 12/30 and were given the option for a refund. We opted for our refund deposit and started searching for a inventory home by other builders. The uncertainty had caused my wife and I tremendous stressa and disappointment. We have lost confidence in St Lawrence.

I guess it is now certain that St Lawrence is going under.
