Neighborhood 'Hooligans'

Yes hooligans...that's the word that's used for the youth in these joke 'hoods of Philthydelphia.

Anyway nothing major,but it has potential...
Usually this place is vandal central in scummertime but lessens in winter(that's why I've come to favor winter so much).So today it was snowing and I went out to walk to the store and when I came back there were the typical little 'future trouble' of the area throwing sht...always throwing sht. It most likely won't ever be a baseball for the dckhead Phillies so why not train to be a future vandal?

Anyway the kids are picking snow off of my car and throwing snowballs at each other...fine,as long as nothing eventually gets broken or whatever like I know is inevitable around here.
I don't particularly like people touching my sh*t,and around here it can become a habit and eventually things get broken if you don't teach these monsters from an early age to mind their own sht...lord knows the parents don't teach them anything. So I proceed to 'send a message' by going ahead and cleaning the rest of the snow off my car so they'd get the hint that 'eh hem...it's my property'.
So I'll be damned if they weren't making snowballs off one side of the car as I was cleaning the other...

'Ey,you kids gettin' the message here?'...
