Upstate NY Apartments with multiple amenities.....

In light of a recent thread in which there was a claim that there aren't any good apartments with multiple amenities at a "reasonable" price, I've decided to do a little research to see if that is true or to bring to light such places. Hopefully, this list could be helpful to someone that may be searching for such apartments in Upstate NY. Some may have been created with certain people in mind or towards those of certain means. Either way, they are available.

1. 	im looking to rent in the old first ward in buffalo-i cant find listings- at this a few months as i will eventually buy in buffalo and would like to live there a bit and check out local purchase options...Any suggestions- im in touch with the community center....lots of placesseem abandoned that could be great- if i could find them! or a so buff realtor!Thanks!,Amy
