Now is a fantastic time to invest in SW Florida real estate! One of the most noticeable improvements to our local real estate market is the decline in foreclosures. Many banks are releasing the foreclosure they own. In turn, many investors are buying them up as quick as they hit the market. I've also seen an incline in foreign buyers. Many of these buyers are paying cash for homes which is giving the local economy a huge advantage. The most considerable thing that has been occurring locally is the land and home prices are rising rapidly.

WOW!! The market is unbelievable! We are receiving multiple offers on properties on the market creating bidding wars. Many have seen an increase as much as 20% from last year and inventory is low. Banks are lending again and many are surprised to see what their property is worth after getting a market analysis.
