Coeur D Alene Gun Shops III

Downtown guns/ Riverman gun works
Where to start, well they moved from downtown near Sherman to a shopping center on the 90 and a much bigger shop.
The employees seem nice enough but a certain attitude pervades the shop, I think radiating down from its owner.
Very little stock is on hand, some used and some new but at best maybe 30 firearms for sale. A smattering of hand guns, a few shotguns and a few tactical type rifles.
The prices are a joke, currently they are selling Bulgarian AK magazines for 40 bucks that sell online for 13 bucks and that's just an example. Everything is overpriced.
This shop does stock some class III automatic firearms, mostly HKmp5's but the prices are outrageous which is fitting as the owner really seems to only enjoy sales to the ultra rich and cops.
That could almost be forgiven accept for the odd attitude that the owner has. I can't quite put my finger on it but he seems unfriendly almost egotistical. He's an ex cop and has the cop attitude in spades.
If you can put up with the attitude that your a dumb civillian and the high prices this shop has things you might need if your in a hurry but otherwise mail order it.

With all respect I must disagree. IMO the best gunshop in CDA bar none, and I hit them all on a regular basis. Blasting them for their inventory in these gun panic times is like blaming them for the price of 22 ammo. From what I have seen they have the highest turnover of product in town and the best prices. I am not a cop, just a working joe and have always been treated well. I have got to know Rick the owner from dealing with him in the gunshop and he is a stand up guy, the only attitude I have found is that he knows what he is talking about when it comes to weapon platforms. My experience there has always been good. Obviously ymmv.
