EZRIDENY.COM, don't do it!!!!

Hi everyone , we just came home from a great citytrip to New York. It is a lovely city with fun things to do. Our start however was not zo great, we made a reservation with ezrideny.com to pick us up at JFK airport and drive us to our hotel in NYcity, on their site it says that it's a $50 and that is the price +toll+tips but at our arrival at the hotel our ride cost $70 ?!?! I told Alex (our driver) that on their site it says $50 but he wanted $20 more. When I came back home I wrote them an email but the only answer iI got is: ' Next Time pick another service.' :eek: that was their final answer. Please people don't step into the same trap we did and just take a yellow cab or ask your hotel if they have a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa.

Hi everyone this is a response to the above blog of this individual that thought threaten business in NYC of bad procedures will give him a free trip back to the airport, I was the driver that pick him up from the JFK airport at terminal 8 of American Airlines. I waited for him for 1.20 hours from the time he landed at the parking lot, the parking costs is $16.00/per hour, next from the airport to the city is the midtown tunnel toll that costs was in that time $5.50 now is $7.50 those costs is above the price mentioned in our web site, furthermore as a driver a did a diligent job to make sure that the customer arrives safe and sound to his destination, is customarely be awarded with a tip on a discretion of the passanger. but this person who stated that come from Europe denyed paying all extra costs and Stated that is the bull.....t america. Any way my boss ask me what was the problem and he had toll me that this guy was asking for a free ride to the airport otherwise he will post negative blogs in every media available. we refuse to provide the service any more and furthermore we refuse to accept his calls. we had contact the local authorities and they are waiting for his calls and threats again.Posted 03-11-2013 at 08:39 PM by hermanncas

ezrideny.com" is an small company with a wonderful service and a fleet of brand new lincoln town cars and SUVs with a unique confortable ride to your destination on an exclusive service for you or your party alone. please do not confuse with a shuttle service that you have to wait untill the car is full, this is a luxury confortable rides to the airport, please do not missmatch, if you can afford there is plenty of options.Posted 03-11-2013 at 08:51 PM by hermanncas
