Moving to Florida

Hello. My family will be moving to Florida this Summer. We will be either living in Kissimmee, Poinciana, or Orlando. Any suggestions on were we can find a nice 3 bedroom house to rent? Neighborhoods? I am a elementary school teacher. Thanks for your help. :)

Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Maitland are nice areas. Not sure if you want to be that far North? We are presently renting a apartment. Just watch contacting Craig List ads as people have been scamming in this area and taking money on houses in Foreclosure, be sure to check if it is truly available, check article in Orlando Sentinel.com. Housing is expensive, I am renting a 2 bedroom/2 bath apt with a one car garage and a space to park a pop up camper for $1085. Depending on where you will be teaching would determine the closest areas that are still safe.
