Any advice on buying a used Nissan Maxima

Anyone out there to provide some feedback about buying a used Nissan Maxima 2006. I am in the market for buying a used car but can't make up my mind. Primarily, I was interested in buying Nissan Murano, but with the high gass prices, I passed on it and I am now in between, Honda Accord, Camary and Nissan Maxima. Among the 3 cars, I like Maxima the most, but am not sure about the re-sale value of it..... Any suggestions !!!! I don't want to be stuck with something that I have a hard time selling, as I will be selling this car in 2 years.

Make sure you have a car-fax on the car you are looking to buy. (the VIN #) You can ask a dealer for it. It will give you a complete history of the car, where it was made, how many owners, how many times it was serviced and how many times it was wrecked. You can pay $9.99 for one vehicle or you can subscribe for one month for $30 and check out as many cars as you like. (for your friends too) It is money well spent so you can avoid bad purchases. We used this in picking out my husbands truck last Feb. Also, you can save $2000 by checking for vehicles on the internet. Take the ad to the dealer and compare. The cars were more at the dealer, but they do honor the ad. They may want to try to sell you another vehicle. You have to stick to your guns! I like my Camry! The truck is a Tacoma. The Nissan truck he had just didn't hold up.
