Cost of a Three Bedroom Two Bath in nice Las Vegas

Here is a table that shows where three/twos can be found and what they cost. This table shows how many there are for sale and what the median and average prices are.
Note that you have to extrapolate a bit from this data. But note that if there are few available and the median is $150K you are unlikely to find many, if any below $120K.

The table was made on November 7, reflects all non age restricted properties with exactly three bedrooms and exactly two bathrooms.
It includes all zipcodes rated green or yellow in the crime chart. That is loosely the better half of Las Vegas.

what area codes are Summerlin, Green Valley, and Henderson? As these are the only places ALL of the people I have asked about Vegas where to live have said....

what zip code you guys can think would be ideal for a couple in their 30's, and 2 small kids.5 years and 5 months, dont like to much trafic,like parks nd good schools for kids, my husband work near centenial and aliante.
