Gumbo, That Furry Little Menace

She's about twelve inches tall and weighs about eleven pounds when wet and for all that she's just a little kitty she is the bane of my exsistance some mornings. This morning, Gumbo, is my furry little menace.
The persistance of this little cat is amazing. She would give Ghandi a good case of insanity. This morning it took Gumbo about an hour to quit scratching and meowing at the bedroom door... at six AM.
Right now that furry little menace is outside on her harness hapily chewing grass with her sister. All is right in her little world; it's all tuna and catnip. Right now I am on my second Barq's for the caffene waiting for the cabinet people to call.
Wait 'till later on, I'm gonna wake that cat up when I see her butt trying to sleep.

Gumbo is definately the WoW personality of our bunch! She's named for the New Orleans Saints mascot(a St. Bernard dog named Gumbo), although we thought about naming her sister Jambalya just to match the food theme, but it didn't seem to fit her personality.Posted 08-02-2008 at 09:23 AM by Drouzin
