We have been looking for a house in the La Conner Wa area in Shelter Bay which is all on the reservation. I am a little nervous about buying on a reservation. It has a 50 yr lease but they can raise the lease cost every 10yrs. After the 50 yrs, if I still own or a family member and they choose not to renew, nothing we can do. I really like the area but..........? Has anyone ever bought on reservation property and if so what are you thoughts????

just thought I would see if anyone out there know of any retail companies with good benefits. My husband got laid off november of last year. We opened our own business which is doing rather well but we need insurance. I am not working, so I thought I could get a job (I know-good luck) with benefits. Part time or full time. I was told walmarts are not the best and I would prefer not to work there anyway. I used to work at safeway-theirs is great. Thinking about seeing about going back there. I would like to find something that I do not have to work nights. Weekends are okay. Any thoughts out there????? We make to much for state help and I would like to make it on my own and save all of us some money!!!!!!!

I find it very rewarding to share the good news about Consumer Driven Healthcare! You may or may not be interested, but I recommend you at least look into these dental/medical benefits. If you go to the following website, you'll not only find out about the benefits, but also how to get them for free! Just go to: www.deliveringonthepromise.com/PJ2
