The REASON: Many real estate agents in many markets lack the education. You will often find more agents in any market that have only a part-time business or less than 2 years in real estate. It is often said that you have 20% of the agents doing 80% of the business.
With that being said why is it so often implied that FSBO sellers do not have what is needed to sell. The fact is we just need the FSBO seller to educate themselves and they will have much better success. Let's strive to educate the FSBO seller to make serious changes to the perception of fsbo real estate sales.
