well i join city-Data.com because i wanted to be able to post my points of views and read what others had to say also.....ok lets well i believe in the Paranormal very much i mean there has to be more to then just being born .. i hope there is anyways .. not sure if i want to be a ghost but hey i hope i go on to a better place then to say i just lived that it ..lol..plzzzz .....i have had many encounters with ghosts...have seen them , felt them , heard them sense them since i was 6 years old ..being born hispanic / native american you kinda born into stuff like believing in ghosts ....i learn alot from my grandmother whom i think was wize beyond her years ...anyways i started sensing stuff understanding things about ghost but never said anything for fear i'd be thought as weird or crazy lol.... i post alot of my experiences on my myspace group i am in ....i join really to be able talk to others who have gone through what i have ...anyways if you want to know more just ask me kool...by ..

What do you do to relaxe !!!!!

lately i have been wondering why alot of my on line people have trouble unwinding ... i was wondering what do you to relaxe after a long day at work ...or with the kids ... or what ever ...what do you do to unwind .... it seems like all everyone ever does is work or rush here or there its like if they are not doing some thing they'll go crazy .. why do we have always have to rush ... its like 24 hours in a day is never enough , i'd hate to think that instead of 24 hours in a single day it was 48 instead would that be enough time lol ... i wonder its like even here on the net i hear " ohhh i am so bored" geeeez its the internet you can search find something to do lol damn it ...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr haha i mean i see it all the time people running around like a chicken with its head cut off come on people ' SLOWWWWW DOWNNNN ' lol .... and we wonder why everyones depress their poor brains on over load omg .. and meds dont help at all , they only fog up your thinking ..... so here's what i think everyone should do .. first turn off all phones . cell to ... turn tv off to ... light some candles turn lights off lock the doors... light some incense put on some soft music , climb into a bubble bath and soak .. breathe in the scent of the incenses burning , the candles .. listen to the music ... let it takeyou away get lost in the bubbles let the water warm up your body while doing all that just breathe in ....then exhale .....mmmm befor long you w3ill feel your whole body float ... like the scented water and incense ,music soft candles are taking everything from the day that you did ... anyways thats what i do to relaxe take a bubble bath lol...

    I usually go out for long walks or go to NYC. Sorry bubble baths don't do anything for me.
