JUST A COUPLE OF GENERAL QUESTIONS: Are the property taxes in a middle to upper class neighborhood in winston-salem, durham or raleigh expensive?
do any of the cities in north carolina have more of a cosmopolitan life style than a lot of the south?
Any cities in NC corrupt or have a widespread poverty rate like Detroit, Newark NJ or saint louis?
