Not "Lookin'" Anymore

Yesterday, my husband and I made some great progress in our efforts toward mindful living, which made me very happy.
Then, he told me that OUR Mayberry was back home in WA, once this trip was done.
Life seems always to remain in balance - ups, and downs, like the waves that lull me in my '***. I suppose it's good, but my heart is heavy, right now. I had hoped, but Thich Naht Hanh teaches that hope is not a good thing, because it draws our energies away from the present moment. So, I guess it was good for me to learn that lesson, now.
Weavin' along, trying to find my way through this maze of my life.
