Plan To Get People Back To Work

My plan is simple, there is only ONE way Americans will be able to get back to work. Americans need to start spending money. I sugest for every tax payer that made less then $250.000 receive an one time payment of $15,000 that would not only pay most of there back bills, it will also give them funds to spend on things they want. Intern the stores will have to re stock there shelfs, the suppliers will have to buy from other suppliers to make said product for the stores. When America starts to spend Americans will start working to build/make what is being sold. I believe that is the ONLY way America will get back to work.
