So my grandmother went out to walk her dog after a long debate weather she really wanted to go or not but in the end she did about 10 minutes later she returned which was quick considering it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk all around. she came in a bit frazzled so i asked her what happened and so she told me that while out walking she cam across a man walking his dog. she had saw the man at a distant he was across the street when this truck drives by with loud music booming and two big dogs in the back. the guy across had a medium sized dog and was just taking his time walking, but suddendly the truck stoped and the music went off and the man opens his door and lets his dogs out. by this time my grandmother had stoped walking and was watching what was going on. so he lets them out and they don't have a leash on he gets out and leans against his truck and by then the guy with the medium sized dog had slowed down his walking and his dog wanted to keep walking though but as soon as it jumped up at it's owner both dogs took off toward the guy aand his dog. the man who owned both dogs did nothing but watch and the dogs ran over barking and growling the man bent down and put his arms around his dog because as soon as it saw those two dogs charging at them he got scared so all he could do i guess was try his best to protect his dog. his dog was just as scared as him and as soon as the dogs reached him they jumped at him bite him tryed tareing his clothes and such all my grandmother could hear where his screams and the dog crying as well. finally the man shouted at the other guy to get his dogs and all the while my grandmother was to shocked to say anything and for the most part she was scared as well cause she also had a dog with her but her's was smaller and she was old so she feared the worst and choose to keep quite. the man leaning against his truck claped twice but the dogs did nothing but after a while the man slowly made his way over with a smile on his face and he laughed at bit at the situation as he gets their he pulls one dog off and then walks away his dogs then both follow him and jump back into the truck. then the man himself got him once again turning on his loud music my grandmother was by then slowly making her way away from the secen the man turned when he hear her step on some sticks and tumble over the rocks and only laughed while speedingly driving away. i was shocked by this because of the fact that she did nothing to help even though she saw everything. but as i recall when ever i get a loose dog trying to get at my dog there are people around but they never try to help me because i'm sure they don't want any trouble which is a bit irritating that someone would do that but i guess it has to do with experince because since i have a lot of experince with loose dogs and such whenever i see someone who's got a problem with a loose dog i go to help beauce i know what it's like. anyways even if u don't have experince i would hope that u at least try and help that person..
