One of the major things that Officeklinik strives to do is provide awareness to everyone out there who may not be familiar with IT industry and its operations. Especially those who will be on the receiving end of these services! Most of us don’t know where to begin when dealing with a repair company putting us at a disadvantage from the beginning. We have found numerous scams and customer reviews expressing the ability to be taken advantage of by people impersonating or falsely representing themselves as Technicians, Computer Repairmen, and IT Consultants. Here are a few steps that you can take to ensure that you are dealing with a legit business and quality professionals. Moderator cut: No advertising personal web sites.


1. when paying for services, make sure you are engaged with a contract. This contract should state business policy, penalties for both the business, and the client.
2. When paying for these services, use a credit card to possibly create an opportunity to dispute a charge if you have not received what you’ve paid for. The credit card will also create a paper trail and help to expose this malpractice to others.
3. Regardless of what you believe the problem is with your equipment, you should always be presented with documented evidence of that being the only cause before paying for any other services.
