Baseball has long been the nations past time. When the dogwoods bloom in early April, thoughts turn to the ballpark. Baseball, hotdogs a cold beer or coke, and maybe a foul ball come your way.
What makes baseball so much better than other sports? Many will say it’s the difficulty or hitting the breaking ball, others may say it’s the unlimited stats. I feel that baseball is so great because it is the ultimate team sport.
Very few sports or activities require the unification of a group of individuals like baseball. Building a home is similar to baseball in much the same way. It takes a team of construction workers to erect a home that will be a winner. The contractor is much like a manager of a baseball team. He places the very best “players” in position to produce a winning product second to none.
The next time you or a friend mentions building a home, ask him who his “baseball manager” is, and is he expecting a “Home Run” to win the pennant.
