This blog is written from my personal experiences on why and how I successfully left the gay life. Because I knew my relationship with Christ and my sexual desires for the same sex couldn't mix, I had to make a choice.
I made that tough choice more than 20 years ago and in my heart I know it was the right choice. If someone truly wants out, it IS possible. There are many naysayers out there who will bog you down with their opinions. My belief is, if you want it bad enough you CAN change. It IS possible.

Living in the world as a former homosexual
I'm so tired of being told that I really wasn't gay. I have read on the forum and been told in RL that I was really bi-sexual and not gay. My comeback is that until you have lived in my skin you cannot tell me what I was thinking for feeling.
And whether it's bi-sexual or homosexual it is still having gay sex. Homosexual sex.
I have been asked by a few people why I stepped away from my blog for so long. I've been going through some serious life issues with my family and much more. I was in the planning stages of writing a book on my escape from homosexuality and I was going to start a ministry, but my wife was having a very difficult time with this endeavor.
I realized that I do need to put her first in my life. If this book and ministry is from God and meant to be, my wife will have to be completely on board.
Another issue I've been frustrated with is people who feel the need to bring the animal kingdom into every homosexual argument. We are not animals and were not created for the same purpose. God created man to be with woman. It's my opinion that when someone brings up the animal kingdom argument it's because they don't have anything left to stand on. It's a weak argument.
