East / Central Texas - Senior Community (Independent living)

Looking for a senior community (independent living - no assistance needed) with a LOW cost of living… somewhere in East / Central Texas (somewhere within 1 1/2 hours of Crocket - perhaps as far east as Center, or as far west as Fairfield).
