Anxiety will kill me(hopefully soon)

Just got results of XRays...I was experiencing shortness of breath;not totally intolerable;but uncomfortable enough to actually go see my Dr.
Turns out I have some lung issues, enlarged heart.moderate pleural effusion, chronic interstitial changes to lung parenchyma, plus atherosclerotic changes to the thoracic aorta and some other stuff(I looked all these up...conditions not to be looked at lightly).
FWIW..I quit smoking 19 years ago totally...had bloodworkmdone in April...and other than slight protein content in my urine;everything else came out within the acceptable range.
I don't have the chest pains nor the persistent coughing associated with lung conditions...and the sense of shallow breathing seems to come and go..is not consistent.
I think is my severe financial anxiety causing me stress...a likely job loss and feeling I can't work anymore due to my other conditions((Diabetes, chronic HBP,neuropathy),and the fact that I will live only on Social Security $2773/month,while my minimum debt payments on 2 personal loans I used to consolidate credit card debt are $1700/month.I also bought and paid off my car with these personal loans and totally eliminated the high-interest credit card debt...but the monthly cash outgo situation will finish me for sure.
Hoping for a quick widow maker when i won't be able to breathe and my blood presure goes
200/125 like it did not too long ago.
