Welcome To Case's Column

Let me say a big welcome to all of you for joining me here. I'm going to call these blog meetings Case's Column. I wanted to use "Corner", but that was already taken. Since 2008, it's been a real privilege to come on here and share some of my life with you, and it's a big world where we live.

In these blogs, I'll just speak whatever is on my mind, but we will be playing within the rules here. I may pick a particular topic, point out an event, or shoot the breeze. I'm a little bit of an essayist at times, so I'll just speak what's on my mind, and I might tell a story or two. Or, I might spew out an opinion or three. There will be some serious moments, some tender, some poignant, but there will also be those moments that you'll just bust out laughing. But, hopefully, everything will be in good fun here. And, of course, there's a place below for your comments and thoughts as we go along here. So feel free to join me for the ride -- I sure as heck hope I'm doing this right and not making any mistakes.

Thanks for taking your time in reading Case's Column. Hopefully, you'll enjoy being entertained by it as much as I've enjoyed putting these writings together. And thanks for the time you spend in City-Data.com, where it's great to be alive!

Regards,

You Still Want To Be A Constitutional Republic In 2023, Don't You?

Do I need to remind us all.............again......that our great America is at a crossroads? After the carnage of a stolen presidential election two years ago, followed by the grim after-effects, how can what we've all been witnessing not make anyone take pause and think?

Your writer voted this past Monday, as it was Early Voting in my area. I don't have to tell you who for, either; you already know if you've read things typed by me in the past in this perch. Disgusted Democrats across the country have walked away from their party, as they no longer recognize it, and likely hauled their tookuses to their respective voting precincts and had taken the appropriate action, hopefully, against those in what was their party who antagonized and taken advantage of them. Empowered Republicans were motivated to get out and vote, as well. Leading up to Election Day (unless the far left again turns it into Election Month), you see people finishing up the final campaign pushes. Next Saturday, President Donald J. Trump will be doing a rally in Pennsylvania to boost support for Republican, America First candidates seeking office to serve us. And, before that even takes place, the current occupiers of the Oval Orifice (as Rush Limbaugh used to call it) display a bumbling criminal and a prostitute trying to get through another day on Capitol Hill. How bad do things have to get in this country?

Furthermore, Democrats are allowing idiots, cowards, and stroke patients to run for office, and with disastrous results. At least, to the normal person, anyway. But to today's Dems, such bizarre behavior having been displayed is now classified by them, along with their buddies in a corrupt mainstream media, as normal. Why would someone run for office and then run from reporters when asked important questions which affect all Americans?? That's the definition of a coward. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that part out. Democrats as we know them only care about one thing: power. It's not about people. It's about power. Reporters everywhere can ask a far left loon what his or her motive might be or what their plan is when in office, but regardless of the candidate's response, at the end of the day, it's still about power.

In America, it's 1864 all over again. Yes, we said that in 2020, and it was a presidential year, but we should have been more awake than we were. But this year, a midterm election which, right now, is a referendum for a guy who really didn't win in 2020, but who barged in anyway and is in the process of dismantling our great America, piece by precious piece. There will be Democrat operatives out in various locations looking to steal any close election they can just so they cheat their way to a seat with the most filthy Dem candidate they can shove down our throats. They have an evil plan if, somehow, the far left seizes Senate and House control. Now, at the moment, Democrats don't really control the Senate, as it's a fifty-fifty split with Republicans. Meanwhile, in the House of Representatives, Republicans need to win at least four seats, but with the way things have gone in our land, the expectation here is for Republicans to net, quite possibly, the largest seat gain in our nation's history. Folks, the House could very well have at least 300 seats controlled by Republicans when the results come in. I know what you're thinking: The mainstream media is going to influence something else, but I think they will have a difficult time. Republicans might have 218 House seats decided before America gets all of Texas' results; that's how big this could be!!! And in the Senate? While I'm not in the business of actually making political predictions, a five-seat gain by Republicans is most definitely a possibility, and I also wouldn't be surprised if we see an upset or two in a blue state possibly flipping the big seat to red. Don't count it out.

Folks, that title I cooked up at the top is to make us all think. If the Dems and the far left succeed in their cheating to make the 2017 Houston Astros' team scandal look like a church picnic, then America would be doomed. We cannot continue to have the Democrats run the House and Senate with the despicable cast on Washington's filthy stage. This nation must remain a constitutional Republic! We're not a democracy; that word is the most misused word in the English language. Democracy is a method used in the political process as a people to lead a nation and not let government control things, but Democrats completely soil and misuse that very concept to cover what their real motives are. America is not a democracy. It is a constitutional Republic, grounded with the greatest government document ever put together by any country in the known world.

At the end of the day, it's our choice. Defeatist attitudes don't win elections. Neither does bad policy when it's already been played out..............and has failed us. Patriots and anyone else who loves America must fight to protect it. We did so in 1864. We can do so once again today.

Many apologies to my beloved Houston Astros, with whom I'm sorry to be bringing up their past transgressions as I simply describe today's events. But if you think about it, Democrats are far worse than any baseball player or athlete looking for new ways to beat the system.

Yes, Biden* will still be in office (much to our dismay), along with Harris*. But We, The People, have the power to stop them in Congress. We must take our country back!

I'm curious to see the results in those South Texas districts.

And I hope Beto Francis doesn't win.
