Clean glass stove top

Posted 07-18-2022 at 05:06 AM by Krisdaan

For years I tried to get the Crusty ring off my glass stove top. This is how I finally got every bit of it off. I took a thin rag and laid it over the burner with a crusty ring is poured CLR calcium lime rust remover onto the rag and let it sit overnight, took a straight edge razor blade kept it at an angle and the stuff came off fairly easy. The only thing was a small film inside the burner area where the Heat is produced. I had heard someone say they cleaned a rusty frying pan/ skillet. My stove looks like it's brand new in the places I took that crusty ring off . Good luck with the CLR. I had already tried everything on the internet vinegar baking soda and a dozen other things.
