DSA Titanium Electrodes for Seawater Electro Chlorination Plant
Electro Chlorination had adopted carbon and platinum as electrode material, but they are proven inefficient, cumbersome and costly. DSA titanium electrode is a simple, reliable and cost efficient solution according to experiment.
Below is a test report of over potential and corrosion data for anode materials used in the electrolysis of sodium chloride.
DSA Titanium Electrodes for Seawater Electro Chlorination Plant Parameters:
Substrate Material: Pure Titanium plate in Gr1;
Coating: ruthenium, iridium oxide coated (RuO + IrO);
Coating thickness: Nano-scale, 25 times coated, thickness of 20um;
Shape: Plate or customize;
Operating life: 7 Years;
Warranty: 5 years.
Features:
Multiple titanium anode /cathode plates;
Bi-polar & mono-polar plate designs;
Anode plates are coated to produce Cl 2 instead of O 2;
Electrode replacement every 5 – 10 years depending on use and Salt & Water Quality.
