But "Diversity" training is the opposite. Here you sit in a room and have someone tell you that if you are white you are a racist and the reason blacks are being held back. If you are black you are told that the whites are the reason you are being held back. Where for the white people to "Make it right" they need to defer to blacks before they speak or they must consult "People of Color" before they make a decision.

And though all this static, employers continue to hide behind reasons for not hiring older workers . . . age is curiously excluded from the 'diversity' of Diversity, Inclusion, Equity.
