That has been my experience so far. Years ago people were paying in the low thousands for due diligence. The going rate in this insane market is 20 grand on the low side. And you can count on multiple bids. It’s the realtors hype. They are booking showings 5 minutes apart in some areas. Really???? Who would put themselves in that nonsense……
