Arguing...

I'm finally to the point in my life where I'm done arguing. With everybody. I'm old...I'm tired and I just don't care anymore. As a general rule nobody ever agrees with me anyway so it's just pointless. I have found that I am no longer entitled to my own thoughts and feelings and opinions without someone denouncing everything I've decided or spoken.

Nobody listens to me when I speak. I have become invisible in a room. I can be talking and people will literally turn away and have other conversations while I'm trying to talk to them about something. I have decided that I just give up. I'll be over in the corner sipping my coffee and laughing like a crazy person.

I finally gave up on the Covid crap because the news is always all fake or it's all misinformation. I can't tell anyone anything I'm witnessing in our facility which is first hand info without argument that I am wrong. I have a father who is in his 70s whose made it his mission in life to make me feel like I'm totally stupid. So rather than make a fool of myself I just gave up and walked away one day.

I'm over here drinking my coffee and playing my video games and the world can just go on without me.
