Welcome To Case's Column

Let me say a big welcome to all of you for joining me here. I'm going to call these blog meetings Case's Column. I wanted to use "Corner", but that was already taken. Since 2008, it's been a real privilege to come on here and share some of my life with you, and it's a big world where we live.

In these blogs, I'll just speak whatever is on my mind, but we will be playing within the rules here. I may pick a particular topic, point out an event, or shoot the breeze. I'm a little bit of an essayist at times, so I'll just speak what's on my mind, and I might tell a story or two. Or, I might spew out an opinion or three. There will be some serious moments, some tender, some poignant, but there will also be those moments that you'll just bust out laughing. But, hopefully, everything will be in good fun here. And, of course, there's a place below for your comments and thoughts as we go along here. So feel free to join me for the ride -- I sure as heck hope I'm doing this right and not making any mistakes.

Thanks for taking your time in reading Case's Column. Hopefully, you'll enjoy being entertained by it as much as I've enjoyed putting these writings together. And thanks for the time you spend in City-Data.com, where it's great to be alive!

Regards,

If The USA Couldn't Stay Together, Then Maybe Secession Is The Ticket

Posted 01-19-2021 at 07:20 PM by case44

At this writing, tomorrow may well be the first day of the rest of our lives. A stolen presidential election had thrown America into a long nightmare for two months. Unresolved voter fraud and gutless Republicans, not to mention one chicken Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, have left our nation on the cusp of a Communist return.

That's where we're at now. Instead of what should have been a second term of President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence and MAGA and prosperity, it's a sad return to the decline of America, where it's neighbor against neighbor and left-wing tyranny against anyone with whom they disagree. After seeing this incoming "administration" try to take shape, it is not a staff that will warm anyone's heart. Joe Biden will be immaculated -- er, I mean, inaugurated -- in a locked-down Washington, D.C., for a ceremony in which no one will attend. Even under normal circumstances, many people wouldn't attend, either. There's simply no enthusiasm for Basement Biden. None. Nevertheless, America's prosperous days are over. And, as I mentioned at the outset of this post, given the fact that voter fraud has now been excused as the new standard by Democrats, we will never have another free and fair election ever again in America.

Look, folks, I love the USA and I know that many of you do, too. It's the greatest country in the world. I love Old Glory and everything about it. And I wasn't kidding when I put America's RIP on my status not too long ago. As optimistic as I want to remain about a conservative, populist uprising which is happening in these same United States, it's not looking real good for a country that had this "administration" forced on them, with a radical agenda that will only destroy same. Can you imagine a helpless rape victim and the attacker?? Well, the victim is America and the attacker is the Democrat Party. Need any more be said? What can be done now?

If we can't break up that gang in D.C., then maybe it's time for secession. There's lots of....

That's right. Secession.

Not succession. Not C-section.

Secession.

I certainly don't want my taxes to suddenly be raised again after they were just cut two years ago by a good president. During Trump's presidency, I was making the best money of my career, and last year's health care saw me spending the least amount of money on a good plan. With Basement Biden, all that gets thrown in the garbage bin.

There's a lot of talk in several states about secession. It's especially true in Texas, where TEXIT is becoming a growing phenomenon. Such could happen. Difficult, constitutionally, but certainly not impossible.

Doesn't it make better sense to have self-reliance and personal independence?? Yes. I don't need any government telling me what I can and can't do. TEXIT, should it come to pass, will offer more freedom. At any rate, there are many possibilities being tossed out there. Lots of cans to kick around. It will interesting to see what red states will do or might do in the coming days if America cannot be saved from the evil monstrosity called Marxism. Those Democrats are not liberals; that mindset, by its very definition, doesn't exist anymore. They're not open-minded. They are closed-minded. They are evil. They are discriminatory. They are condescending. They hate you. They may harbor some liberal traits, but they don't live with an open mind.

On what may be the first day of the rest of our lives, one could only imagine where we could have been were it not for the burning embers of voter fraud.

You miss Trump yet, folks? Real Americans already do. Even some of the haters out there or those who are indifferent will be yearning for Trump to come back. Biden is just a disaster.
