What have you seen change over 10 Years, living in Denver?

I think at some point, it's going to have to come to that. The current situation is untenable. Throwing tens of millions of dollars EVERY YEAR at this problem has only tripled our vagrant population. And no one can come up with a 'solution' because to actually fix things, you'd have to trample on their 'rights." No one should have the right to more or less take over the entire city and make it unsafe and unlivable, just so they can do illegal drugs to their hearts content.
