Welcome To Case's Column
Let me say a big welcome to all of you for joining me here. I'm going to call these blog meetings Case's Column. I wanted to use "Corner", but that was already taken.
Since 2008, it's been a real privilege to come on here and share some of my life with you, and it's a big world where we live.
In these blogs, I'll just speak whatever is on my mind, but we will be playing within the rules here. I may pick a particular topic, point out an event, or shoot the breeze. I'm a little bit of an essayist at times, so I'll just speak what's on my mind, and I might tell a story or two. Or, I might spew out an opinion or three. There will be some serious moments, some tender, some poignant, but there will also be those moments that you'll just bust out laughing. But, hopefully, everything will be in good fun here. And, of course, there's a place below for your comments and thoughts as we go along here. So feel free to join me for the ride -- I sure as heck hope I'm doing this right and not making any mistakes.![Stick Out Tongue](https://pics3.city-data.com/forum/images/smilies/tongue.gif)
Thanks for taking your time in reading Case's Column. Hopefully, you'll enjoy being entertained by it as much as I've enjoyed putting these writings together. And thanks for the time you spend in City-Data.com, where it's great to be alive!
Regards,

It Will Be A Matter Of Time Before The Fox Exodus Begins
What a shame that Rupert Murdoch parted with his Fox News Channel empire too soon. He should have stuck with them, at least, through next year. And we all had the feeling that his two rotten sons would so much as allow that empire to crumble and fall apart.
Folks, this was the very thing many of us were afraid of when the elder Murdoch ceased to be CEO of Fox, and that's a sharp decline in the news product. They've let America down in this 2020 election nightmare, which has been dragged out because of massive voter fraud. None of this excrement would have happened if only Fox had just properly done its job on Election Night, and we wouldn't be talking about this. At any rate, this question: With Fox taking a more left-wing direction, what becomes of their conservative-leaning hosts and anchors??
Think about it. Sean Hannity is trapped now. It's one thing when you have hot opinions on the radio, but then you've got to go on TV and try to give the same opinions again. Boy, Hannity is in such a pickle. He constantly rips the other cable networks for fake news, but now, his own network is stepping in it. Don't think for one second that Hannity doesn't have this on his mind. I don't know when his contract with Fox runs out, but I'll guarantee you this: The moment it does, he needs to get out of there. The same holds true with Laura Ingraham, Tucker Carlson, Greg Gutfeld, Maria Bartiromo, Stuart Varney, Ainsley Earhardt, Brian Kilmeade, Mark Levin, Jeanine Pirro, Lou Dobbs, and Charles Payne. Competition is now in the hands of Newsmax and One America News, but I've long contended that there ought to be at least one more news network that needs to go on and legitimately serve the American people. Fox once did that. They don't anymore.
Oh, if only Murdoch would have held on longer....
Meanwhile, this writer predicts a mass exodus at Fox News Channel and Fox Business in the next two years. Mark it down. With all the nonsense that our country's lamestream media is spewing at us, it's just a matter of time now.

I used to watch The Five whenever I could get off work at a decent time. That show, like many on Fox, is going down the drain.

Fox can never be forgiven for being complicit with other media outlets and the Democrats for rigging the election and misleading many viewers. Shame, shame.
After lobbying to get Fox Business News to get on many basic cable outlets, I've since stopped that. If the main Fox News network can't get their &@$%#&% together, then what's the point of promoting their business product? All of their hosts need to leave.Posted 12-08-2020 at 05:39 PM by case44 -
I've been pretty irritated with Lisa Brady's Fox News top of the hour news on radio. Great time to leave my desk and take a bathroom break.....

Here comes what may be the conservative purge at Fox. Lou Dobbs just had his show cancelled on the Fox Business Channel.
Fine. He can go to One America News or Newsmax.Posted 02-05-2021 at 05:11 PM by case44
