Harassment from a tenant upstairs & janitor who is his friend now.

He is a manipulative liar, worst tenant I ever dealt with. I have dealt with plenty of noise living here for 15 years with no problem. There is more to this than you say it’s me. Unreal. There is more insight in this, the super & smarter ones see right through him. I have learned to ignore the idiot upstairs but now he spreads untrue, surprise gossip that only the smarter ones see through such as the owners of his complex & my super despise him as he is arrogant & rude & Mom probably couldn’t spoil him enough & stick him there, no longer her problem. Now the super says the janitor is sympathetic with him, another scholar & he is talking **** about me so I can hear. I am thinking his unprofessional behavior warrants a letter to my landlord as he smokes pot in his office space lol in the basement. Bullying is not a light matter. I teach & am trained to stop any bullying . Have you ever been a victim?
