My husband and I want to retire later this year and want to make the move to Florida. It scares me to see how high the lot rents are. The majority of the nicer manufactured home communities are over $625 and up to $1100. We were looking for under $600 and hoping for the West coast but that might not become a realty. We were even thinking our first winter there we would rent a home to see how it was in a community but they are $2,000 and up. There must be other people that face the same dilemma as us. Any recommendations as to where to look that has reasonable lot rents and in a nice community with friendly people ? loristhilaire126@gmail.com
