Demographics in Frisco are changing very quickly. A school that currently has Caucasians outnumbering Asians may change in the near future. While PCR in general is much more diverse than Richwoods, there are some sections (particularly areas that have very new construction) that are majority Indian. The area around Nichols elementary is very quickly becoming upwards of 60-70% Asian Indian. That sort of change will definitely translate to the schools. Nichols and Sparks I feel will definitely have a huge increase in South Asian students, Vaughn as well but not as much.
If you don’t want to live in a majority Asian Indian subdivision and go to a majority Asian Indian school, then I would avoid all neighborhoods with new construction in Frisco and neighborhoods that have a lot of new construction around them. Almost all new subdivisions in Frisco are Asian Indian majority. Buy in neighborhoods where homes are 5-8+ years old. Even older areas(5-7 years old) of PCR are a lot more diverse than the new areas like Riverton. The older subdivisions will definitely be more diverse and have more diverse schools.
Asians are not the largest demo yet in those middle schools and high schools. But those demographics seen in elementary schools will for sure translate up to middle and high schools. Just give it a couple of more years. Reedy has a very fast growing Asian population. I predict that Asians will be the largest racial group in Frisco ISD in about 2-3 years.

Yeah I've considered that the demos will change. And I have downloaded the demos for all the Frisco schools. I notice that the Asian percentage between all the high schools and elementary schools has risen like 10% which is certainly striking. I'm feeling like with Nichols, Vaughn, Sparks and part of Bledsoe feeding Pioneer, like there is still enough "counterbalance" across those schools to keep them from going large majority Asian anytime soon. I could see as some of the older kids start to graduate high school and as people leave PCR to "downsize" maybe being replaced with Asian people over time. But a counterargument might be that since South Asian's put such a premium on new builds, maybe they wouldn't flock to PCR once the homes aren't new anymore. I already starting to see groups of South Asian shoppers showing up in Prosper area sales centers too after all, as there are starting to be more new builds available in Prosper than Frisco.
Like I said if we got to the point where Indian was a "plurality" I'm not that concerned. And at least with the PCR area as a whole. And walking around the potential area. I certainly saw many non-Indians walking about (more than non-Indians actually). So that's why I have a mixed feelings about it. It's certainly no Richwoods, Lexington Country, or any other community out east.
