Out of state job offer

I wouldn't make a career/job change unless I was 1) severely unhappy and/or 2)didn't result in at least a 10% pay bump. Have you expressed your salary requirements with the CO. offering?
For me I feel somewhat obligated to lookout for my aging parents. Career growth is important as well. I have no ties in California other than my job. San Diego is the most beautiful City I’ve ever been and the weather if near perfect. Wearing shorts in January outside is unimaginable in Minnesota.
