That’s a Big Fat non truth. Look at prices of Park Slope townhomes they have been falling from the highs since 2017. People can’t sell houses for more then they paid and many have taken loses on the homes.

This owner lost about 700k in 1 year after Real estate transfer taxes and agent fees.
Only a real estate agent would say Real estate is going up or hasn’t fallen.
