COVID-19: Personal Update 2020-03-15 From Kirkland WA

CORONAVIRUS
A deadly new virus from China, which causes respiratory illness and pneumonia, is spreading around the world. CDC calls it COVID-19. I live in Kirkland, WA, about two miles due south of the outbreak's original United States epicenter, with multiple cases and the first substantial (10+) deaths. Through today, King County has 26 deaths attributed to the virus.
(Caveat: one man, one IT worker, one opinion: I have no extra info over and above, one commentary only. I posted the below to an FB group that is closed, but it resonates to C-D as well). The time has come to preemptively clean out "the homeless", whom are little more the vagrants, bums, winos, addicts, and wackos wandering the streets. This is a national disgrace and needs to be cleaned up NOW.
"OP/ED" from BB, important now that we have national and state-level emergency, to take steps to STOP this pandemic butt-cold. Per CDC, the United States is just getting revved on how nasty the spread will be, that's just math unf.
From CDC.gov, today (3/15). This site is updated daily. I see the Veep is on the TV again, as I write (mid afternoon PST), and hope they have a daily briefing, too, moving forward:

Different parts of the country are seeing different levels of COVID-19 activity. The United States nationally is currently in the initiation phases, but states where community spread is occurring are in the acceleration phase. The duration and severity of each phase can vary depending on the characteristics of the virus and the public health response."
These so-called homeless need to be classified as "the most vulnerable." If-so, they need to be helped immediately. Helping them helps society, too. As in, yesterday, per the above, before they become a mobile Hot Zone. Now!
National Guard, or the police, need an immediate roundup of bum camps under "freeways" or whatever screwed-up situation the criminal so-called leadership City of Seattle has allowed to fester. If Seattle won't do this, the 'Guard can under Federal State of Emergency.
Bum camps to be laid waste, purified by fire or cleaning chemicals, all as hazardous bio-waste. All garbage needs to be burned, along with whatever other filthy debris they've left behind.
All bums, vagrants, winos, and addicts processed into detention facilities for two week mandatory quarantine. Boeing Field was mentioned as a holding pen, elsewhere, just today I believe. Processing and screening to begin:

- bums, vagrants, "work shy" impressed into labor details, forthwith. They will shortly be needed to assist medical corpsmen and other helpers at hospitals. To the State's interest, time to pay off debts to society in labor that not "optional".
- Addicts, winos, into detention and detoxification onsite: you can dry out or get off that filthy bull**** shot into your arms under the watchful eye of the National Guard.
- Criminals, scumbags, on the lam: remand to criminal justice system immediately, state and local. They need to be locked away, build more jails!
- Mentally ill: remand to mental health facilities for isolation and quarantine, further evaluation to determine length of mandatory stay moving forward so they aren't discharged back onto our streets.
