Here it is.

I will not be able to approve that time off and I comfortable offering an exception for your scheduled vacation in August. Please note that the US PTO policy states the following regarding disciplinary action:

Disciplinary Action

If you exhaust your PTO allocation for the year, including your carry over days, any future absences prior to the end of the year that do not otherwise qualify as an approved leave of absence will be unpaid and your employment may be terminated. Additionally, should you exceed the allowable 10 unscheduled PTO occurrences or 80 hours of unscheduled PTO, your employment may be terminated, in accordance with applicable law.

If you have been denied PTO and then fail to work on that day, you may be subject to disciplinary action or termination due to insubordination.
