There are a lot of rooms that can make or break a home sale. As a person who used to flip houses one of the biggest rooms to look at was the bathroom.* The functionality of a bathroom can be one of the most important things as you want to be able to accommodate all types of people. For some there has to be room for people with physical disabilities, while for others they may be looking for the bathroom to be able to be used for two people at once for people with busy lifestyles.
