Just checking in.
New workout consists of 3 parts. 1. Gym workout consists of light workout with machines. 2. Jogging program in a maintenance routine. Not training for a race. 3. Crosstraining consisting of regular tennis doubles 2 or 3 times a week. More of a fun atmosphere so I look for more competitive tennis in the meantime.

Hello friends of the forum, I have not been in the forum for a long time and read the latest articles and posts, the only reason I am posting today is because I simply wanted to share something that I have found on the net and studying lately and seems to have very good reviews. I wanted to share them with you, since after all we are all battling in the same. I advise you to take a look and study the options, I have not tried it yet with which I can not give my personal opinion but I have bought it to see how it goes.
