Major Hurdle Overcome: Confirming Good Judge Kavanaugh to SCOTUS
(NOTE: Here's to wishing we had "sticky" blog posts, this would rank very top of mine):
Please refrain from shouting me down on threads based on 'feelings', 'instincts', etc. As a BI man at heart, seeing first-hand the power of predictive analytics about people...and I mean how they behave, have behaved, and (probably will continue to behave) across 2,000 staffers in three major accounts, leading an analytics organization 2007-8...there is very little room in my mind or any other real decision-maker's for 'gut feel' when the facts are right in front of you.
My team and organization changed the behavior of a $750M strategic accounts portfolio based on...yes...data and facts. Not McCarthyism or Stalinist mob-antics telling us to 'shut up' or 'you old White people don't understand'. In my late 30s at the time, I fully understood what "(blue sky)" was, though, and certainly heard plenty of it to try and counter my team's facts. They failed, and there were many terminations and more than a few promotions based-upon in those years.
To wit:
The data through today, October 5, indicate that the accusers in Judge Kavanaugh's appointment to the SCOTUS are liars, 'disturbed' (i.e. believe what they say, though no such events happened), whores, criminal schemers in the Democratic party, opportunists, main-chancers, and flat-out insane people. Zero corroborative evidence exists or was (re)presented by the "FBI," a bloated, secret-police and politicized/diseased state-within-a-state I wouldn't trust to run a one-car parade.
Judge Kavanaugh will be approved tomorrow for SCOTUS, God willing, based on vote results and no hysterics, mob threats, doxxing, or other secret police horse(manure) looks likely to stop it. Justice has, thank God, reverted to rule of law in the United Statues once again. Capitol Hill looks to me to be the new headquarters of "the Resistance," no doubt, but they've lost this round. God bless due process.
