Doing Good

Galatians 6:10 -Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.- It's common for us to do good for people we know and help them if we can, and we may even help and do good for the occasional stranger. We are told here that when we have the opportunity we should do good to everyone. But how often (myself included) have we ignored someone who needed good or help because we were pressed for time or it wasn't our problem or something similar. We're very good at thinking up excuses not to do something. Sometimes we're the ones who need someone and then most of us accept very few excuses. The Lord God does good and helps people all the time, sometimes without them even knowing it. His greatest act of goodness was when he sent his son Jesus to anyone who will accept him as their savior. God didn't have to save us but he wanted to do good for all people because he loves them. What About Jesus?
