Buyers Beware.... Sellers May be Watching

Technology has definitely changed our lives, including the showing of homes for sale.
Buyers (and agents) must now take into consideration that, because of high tech home monitoring / surveillance equipment sellers may have installed in their homes, ANYTHING you say or do on that home showing has the potential to be seen/watched by the home sellers and used against you in future negotiations.
For the reasons above, I now advise buyers to keep their comments while inside a home to those that they wouldn't mind sharing with the homeowners and the rest of our discussion about the property should take place after we are outside the range of potential monitoring systems.
Remember the phrase: "An ounce of prevention...."
