NJ unemployment claimed I returned to work. Now pended. Help.

Does anyone have any insight on why it would come up saying this? I have not returned to work. Does it have something to do with the monetary interview this upcoming Thursday?

EDIT:
After speaking with the monetary interview agent we cleared up that I started my employment with my most recent employer in 2018 and ended in 2018. She released the funds and said all was good.

I went on today to claim my benefits and it said my claim is not payable at this time. The status is "Your claim bad been pended. Please call a claims agent. What does this mean? I have had to phone interviews already? And I can never get through to anyone.
