What do you love or what would you change about your office?

I'd try to do your public spaces more like Starbucks...or hotel space. Somewhere people want to hang out. You have to make it exciting for the agents to want to come work and share at the office.
Thank you so much for the ideas! Another “issue” I am facing is that about 1/2 our company is “old school” agents and yet still productive but therefore somewhat resistant to change (and this includes my broker, haha) and they other half are younger technology based productive agents as well. Trying to find a happy medium to make both groups happy has proven to be a challenge. I 100% agree about making the office a fun environment. Thanks for the tips! 😊
