    Does anyone read reviews on Yelp? I find some of them hard to believe! I had a company come out that had numerous, 5 star ratings and I couldn't believe how unprofessional he was, starting with coming into the house without putting covers on his shoes! I have white carpets, and every service person who's ever come for anything, that was the first thing they did.

    I don't have a lot of faith in Yelp, and believe stronger in 'word of mouth' and that is why I posted here. Thank you all again for your input.
