Lovely Sunday,demonical lovers,all the prettiness of life
Well I dreamt of red all evening till morning - we were together, but there was something demonical about it all,and so I want to let it go.Its hard because it gave me this overwhelming sense of certainty.Therefore I think of good tidings,high things,noble things,sweet things.I read some near death experiences of those who venture into the dark and that's not what I want for any sort of afterlife.Im doing journal prompts today on this lovely Sunday,I can't tell you how much I love rainy days like this and I want to get a beautiful leather journal with my intials to write in too.I might listen to some music and think on lovely one day lives of writing poetry,and making this wonderful apple and mixed spice damper recipe
I found,God that would be glorious with cream tea.Id had many happy phantasms yesterday of baking,watching history documentaries,pups and all those nesty happinesses in my sage skirt and pearl necklace.I am loving Pinterest at the moment the things that come my way are always synchronous or meant,I had this morning “Love is what carries you, for it is always there, even in the dark, or most in the dark, but shining out at times like gold stitches in a piece of embroidery. ” - Wendell Berry.
I still really want to start my wistow cottage blog,a cosy nook on the web just because I love blogging but I would put in much less personal issues,more etsy finds,book finds,legends,history,poetry,recipes,celts,vienna, obscure princesses,tea rooms - this blog is mostly my laying my wounds and not really meant for public eyes.I really need to start jungian counselling I feel.Oh tea,candlelight,Hungarian cookies and poetry books is there anything lovelier.Im still amazed that on ancestry(ancestry.com) my DNA matches with the midlands in England,they can pinpoint you to genetic communities, that whole communities are bonded by their DNA moves me,it would be so nice to live somewhere where you are all linked.But I suppose it's also nice to be linked in our hearts and souls.The way we are all meant to find each other and be where we are is a calming thought.
Oh how I'd love to sew beautiful costumes,outfits for myself maroon velvet with embroidered gilt detailing,maybe a golden velvet scarf, just to make ones own clothes.
I love all things feminine,graceful,opulent fabrics and antiquated worlds right now.Often modern life completely mystifies,sometimes I can't even look at it,I'm truly a 19th century girl most times who cannot figure out the loudness and horribleness of modern times.Now that I'm reminded of obscure princesses I really miss studying the peerage and country houses,I hope I come across a long lost baronial family very soon.In my family history studies I'm most interested in my great aunt Hetty she was my great grandfathers sister and she lived in Dublin but moved away to England.I was told I look a bit like her and really I know nothing about her and am very curious,I think she was quite an Edwardian beauty and I wish I could come across an old journal of hers or least more photographs.I found some great boards on Pinterest from lamaltese,full of old world charm and character I was so pleased by it,to find a kindred spirit.Im also looking at various tumblrs of much the same old times,wisps of country life and lovely moments.Now for my walk and to make tea and make way for better things.
