Wednesday ~~ April 19, 2017 ~~ I missed Mass on Easter Sunday...
Of all the days I could find the photograph of the painting it just had to be Easter Sunday.
There is something about this photo that is undescribeable in words that any mere mortal human on this earthly plain could use that would be remotely close to adequate.
I am really not sure what to write or how to write it and I have a feeling close to my heart but not my heart. It feels like a partially blocked, locked, closed off, rusty, deep, dark, hidden area that is trying to break the shackled bonds just to take a giant leap into the depths of the endless light in the eyes of this photo.
The eyes that seem to follow, know and have the ability to unlock, unblock, break, heal, huddle around and embrace with the very core of unconditional, unending, uncompromising,
love, strength, power, mercy, glory, grace and healing to the very raw depths of my own soul.
